Full Kitchen Remodels
Gut-and-rebuild scope. New cabinets, countertops, flooring, appliances, lighting, and plumbing. Designed around how you actually cook and entertain.
Detailed scopes. Coordinated trades. One point of contact from demolition through the final coat of paint.
The kitchen is the most-used room in most homes and typically the highest-return remodel you can invest in. It is also one of the most complex: cabinetry, countertops, appliances, plumbing, electrical, tile, lighting, and ventilation all have to come together in the right order.
We coordinate every trade and every decision. Our proposals cover the project down to the cabinet hardware and the lighting trim kit, so there are no surprises when the invoice comes and no guesswork about what you are getting.
Project Types
Gut-and-rebuild scope. New cabinets, countertops, flooring, appliances, lighting, and plumbing. Designed around how you actually cook and entertain.
Opening up walls, relocating plumbing and gas, adding an island, or shifting the work triangle. Structural changes are engineered and permitted.
When the layout works but the finishes are dated. New cabinets or refacing, new countertops, new backsplash, and matched hardware and lighting.
Targeted updates for sellers: paint, hardware, lighting, countertops, and minor cabinet work that make a kitchen show its best without a full remodel budget.
Every scope is custom, but here is the full range of work a Post Oak Builds kitchen remodel covers.

A straight answer is impossible without seeing the space and talking through selections. A cabinet and counter refresh with new fixtures and paint is a very different project from a gut-and-rebuild with a relocated island and load-bearing wall removal.
What we can commit to is the process: a detailed line-item proposal, no open-ended allowances hiding the real cost, and a firm number before you sign a contract. You will know what you are paying for and why.
A free 30-minute call to talk through what you want to change, how you use the kitchen today, and what the realistic scope and budget look like.
We walk the space with you, work through every selection — cabinets, counters, tile, fixtures, appliances — and put together a detailed draft proposal.
Final contract, permits where required, and a preconstruction meeting to confirm timelines, trade sequencing, and the plan for keeping your home livable during the build.
Construction runs on the schedule we committed to. At the end, a formal walkthrough with a punch list we close out before final payment.
Many kitchen projects come alongside other work. If you are thinking about a bathroom remodel, a full interior refresh, or an addition, we can coordinate the whole scope.
The first step is a free 30-minute conversation. Tell us what you are thinking and we will give you an honest read on scope, timeline, and next steps.
