Your Home, on Autopilot
Oak Concierge is an annual membership that keeps your home healthy, your maintenance current, and a trusted team one call away, without you having to think about it.
Most Home Maintenance Happens Too Late
A water heater fails after years of skipped inspections. An HVAC system gives out in August because nobody changed the filter for two seasons. A small roof leak turns into a ceiling repair because it went unnoticed for a year.
Home maintenance is easy to defer and expensive to catch up on. Most homeowners know what they should be doing. Finding the time, or the right person to call, is the part that does not happen.
Oak Concierge takes that off your plate entirely. We build a maintenance schedule around your home, handle what needs handling, and flag what needs your attention before it becomes a real problem.
What Every Membership Includes
Annual Home Health Assessment
Once a year, we walk your home from top to bottom and produce a written report covering the condition of your major systems, what needs attention now, what to budget for in the next one to three years, and what is in good shape.
Scheduled Maintenance Visits
We show up on a fixed schedule and work through a comprehensive checklist for the season. The schedule and depth of each visit depends on your tier.
10% Discount on Oak Care Services
All booked Oak Care services outside your included visits are discounted 10% for members.
Priority Scheduling
Concierge members move to the front of the line for Oak Care service calls.
A Direct Line
A direct contact number for our team. Not a form, not a queue.
Three Tiers, One Standard of Care
Every tier includes the same attention to detail. Choose based on how much you want us to handle and how often you want us there.

Not Sure Yet? Start With a Home Health Assessment.
The home health assessment is available as a standalone service for homeowners who want a clear picture of where their home stands before committing to a membership.
We spend two to three hours walking your home: roof, foundation, HVAC, plumbing, electrical panel, insulation, windows, exterior, and every major system. You receive a written report with findings organized by priority, estimated costs for anything that needs attention, and a clear picture of what your home needs in the short and long term.
The assessment costs $600 and is fully credited toward your first year of membership if you decide to join.
Assessment covers
- Roof and attic (visual inspection, insulation, ventilation, signs of moisture)
- Foundation and grading (drainage, crack assessment, soil conditions)
- HVAC system (age, condition, filter status, condensate, airflow)
- Plumbing (water heater age and condition, visible supply and drain lines, water softener, pressure)
- Electrical panel (age, breaker condition, visible hazards, GFCI coverage)
- Exterior envelope (caulking, weatherstripping, siding, trim, fascia, soffits)
- Windows and doors (seals, operation, hardware, weatherstripping)
- Gutters and drainage (condition, slope, downspout discharge)
- Garage (door operation, safety systems, fire separation)
- Interior (smoke and CO detectors, GFCI outlets, visible moisture, pest evidence)
- Crawlspace or slab (where accessible)

The busy household
Two incomes, full schedules, a home you care about but not enough hours in the day to stay on top of the maintenance. You want someone you trust handling it so you do not have to think about it.
The new homeowner
You just bought your home and want to know exactly what you have. A health assessment followed by a membership means you go from "I wonder what shape this place is in" to "I know exactly what needs attention and someone is on it."
The invested homeowner
Your home is a significant asset. You want it maintained at a standard that protects that investment, keeps it in peak condition, and makes sure nothing small turns into something expensive.
The rental property owner
You own a rental property in Central Texas and want to make sure it stays in good shape between tenants. We handle the routine maintenance, document everything with photos, and keep you informed without requiring you to manage the details. Reach out to discuss rental property coverage, as we can tailor a plan to fit your situation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the same as a home warranty?
No. A home warranty covers replacement of failed systems and appliances after the fact. Oak Concierge is proactive: we maintain your home before things fail, flag issues early, and handle the routine upkeep that extends the life of your systems. They serve different purposes and work well together.
What happens if something comes up between scheduled visits?
Call or text us directly. Concierge members have priority access for Oak Care service calls. We respond the same day and schedule within your tier's priority window.
Can I cancel mid-year?
Memberships are billed annually. We do not offer mid-year cancellation or refunds, but we will work with you if your situation changes. We would rather find a solution than lose a member.
What areas do you serve?
Georgetown, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Liberty Hill, Leander, and NW Austin. If you are outside that area, reach out and we will let you know if we can accommodate.
What is not included?
Major repairs, full system replacements, and project work outside the Oak Care service menu are not included in the membership fee. Those are quoted separately, with your applicable member discount applied. We will always be clear about what falls inside and outside the scope of your membership before any work begins.
