As soon as you submit the form, you will receive an email and text message confirmation that we got it. If you do not receive one within a few minutes, something may have gone wrong. Call or email us directly and we will sort it out.
We follow up within one business day
Every message gets a real reply from a real person. If you reach out on a weekend, expect to hear from us Monday morning.
A short call to get aligned
If it looks like a fit, we will schedule a 30-60 minute call, phone or video. We will talk through your project, answer your questions, and figure out together whether and how we can help.
Next steps, clearly laid out
After the call, you will know exactly what the next steps are, whether that is scheduling a site visit, getting on our calendar for a home health assessment, or booking an Oak Care service. No vague follow-ups, no pressure.
