Austin is the largest city in our service area, and our work there focuses primarily on Northwest Austin and West Austin, where established neighborhoods with 1980s-2000s homes are in the heart of their renovation cycle. What We See in Austin
Austin's permitting process is more involved than the Williamson County cities closer to our Georgetown base, but the quality of homes and the scale of projects in Northwest and West Austin make it well worth the extra coordination. We handle the full permit process as part of every Austin project.
Permits & Process
Projects within Austin city limits require permits from the City of Austin Development Services Department. Austin has a more complex and longer permitting timeline than Williamson County jurisdictions. Plan review for interior remodels typically takes 3-6 weeks. We are experienced with Austin's permit process and factor the timeline into every project plan.
We handle the full permit process for every project, so you do not need to manage any of this yourself. Our proposals include all permit fees and timelines.
