Built From the Ground Up, Built to Last
Custom homes, detached structures, and new construction of every kind, managed with the same accountability and detail we bring to every project.
New construction is the most complex work we do. It involves the most trades, the longest timelines, and the most decisions. It also offers something that no remodel can: a home or structure built exactly the way you want it, from the foundation up.
We approach new construction as a general contractor in the truest sense. We do not design the home. We build what the design calls for, manage every trade that touches it, and keep the project on schedule and on budget from groundbreaking to certificate of occupancy. What we bring to that process is the same thing we bring to every project: a rigorous scope, honest costing, a visual timeline that all parties can follow, and communication that keeps you informed without overwhelming you.
Custom Home Builds
Building a custom home is one of the most significant decisions a family makes. The design process, the site selection, the material choices, the sequencing of a build that involves dozens of trades over many months. There is a lot that can go wrong, and the difference between a good experience and a bad one almost always comes down to who is managing the project.
We work in partnership with your architect and design team from early in the process. The earlier we are involved, the better we can advise on constructability, cost implications of design decisions, and sequencing before those decisions become expensive to change.
Our approach to custom home construction
- Open-book costing: you see the numbers, not just the total
- Line-item proposals with trade-by-trade breakdowns
- Visual project timeline with milestones and dependencies
- Weekly written updates throughout the build
- Single point of contact for every question, decision, and concern
- Full permit management through certificate of occupancy
We are not a production builder. We do not build the same floor plan fifty times. Every home we build is the only one of its kind, and we treat it that way.

Detached Garages and Shops
A well-built detached garage or workshop is one of the most practical structures you can add to a property. Space for vehicles, tools, hobbies, storage, or a combination of all of the above. Done right, it holds up for decades and adds real value to the property.
We build detached garages and shops from the slab up: framing, roofing, electrical, lighting, HVAC if needed, insulation, and finish. Whether you want a simple two-car garage or a fully finished workshop with a car lift and climate control, we scope it and build it to your specifications.
What we handle
- Single and multi-car detached garages
- Workshop and hobby builds with custom electrical
- RV and boat storage structures
- Climate-controlled builds with HVAC and insulation
- Finished interiors with epoxy floors, lighting packages, and storage systems
- Attached and detached garage apartments (see ADUs)

Pool Houses and Guest Structures
A pool house that is actually useful, not just a changing room with a sink, is a project worth doing carefully. We build pool houses and guest structures as finished living spaces: proper electrical, plumbing, HVAC, tile, and cabinetry, built to the same standard as the main home.
What we handle
- Pool houses with full bath, kitchenette, and living area
- Guest casitas and standalone guest suites
- Covered outdoor structures with conditioned interior space
- Utility connections: electrical, water, gas, and HVAC

ADUs and Accessory Structures
New construction ADUs, built as standalone structures on your property, are covered in more detail on our additions page. The short version: we manage the full build from permit through certificate of occupancy, and we know the regulatory landscape in Georgetown and Williamson County.

New construction follows the same eight-step process as our remodeling projects, with a few additional considerations. The design and preconstruction phase is longer and more involved. Permit drawings, structural engineering, soil reports, and utility coordination all have to be in place before ground breaks. We manage all of it.
We also build a full visual timeline during preconstruction that maps every trade, every phase, and every dependency. For a project that spans many months and dozens of moving parts, that timeline is not just useful; it is essential.
If you are in the early stages of thinking about a new construction project and have not yet engaged an architect, we can help connect you with the right design partner for your project type and budget.
